This suit was tried in the County Court of Greenville County, with Hon. M. E. Ansel, County Judge, presiding, and resulted in a verdict for the defendant. The plaintiff seeks here a new trial.

The action was on an alleged parol contract, to which there was no witness save the plaintiff and the president of the defendant bank.
