These writs of error in favor of South Texas Implement & Machinery Company and R. B. George, to review a judgment of the Court of .Civil Appeals (269 S. W. 1097), involve the construction of a chattel mortgage, attacked for want of definiteness in the description of the subject-matter, and were granted upon the contention of conflict with McDavid v. Phillips, 94 S. W. 1131, 100 Tex. 73, and other eases discussed in this opinion.
