Upon full consideration of the evidence and arguments presented by parties in trial, this Court makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law:

FI. E. & J. Gallo Winery (“Winery”) brought this action against defendants Pasa-tiempos Gallo, S.A. (“Pasatiempos”) and Don Clemente, Inc. (“DCI”) on November 16, 1992, to enjoin defendants’ infringement of plaintiff’s trademark under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1114 et seq.
