This is a proceeding under section 2615 of the Code of Civil Procedure to construe a will. John B. Chambers, the testator, died October 28, 1919; the will is dated August 13,1919, and was admitted to probate January 5,1920. The questions involved concern the provisions in favor of two children whom the testator took into his home in November, 1918, nearly a year before his death, with the understanding that he could keep them a year and adopt them if he so desired.
