Tillson v. Holloway

This is an action in ejectment for tbe possession of tbe *482northwest quarter and the west half of the northeast quarter and the north half of the southwest quarter, all in section 3, township 10 north, of range 14, in Buffalo county. The action is prosecuted by plaintiff as administrator of the estate of Achsah Holloway, deceased.
