The plaintiff, as administrator of the estate of Christine Anderson, deceased, brought this action against the defendant to recover damages alleged to have been sus *262tained by the next of kin of the deceased, by reason of her death, which, it is claimed, was caused by the negligence of the defendant. On the trial, the plaintiff offered in evidence the record of the county court of Dawson county, showing his appointment as administrator.
