This is a suit in equity prosecuted by Albert J. Blochowitz as administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Joseph Blochowitz, deceased, to recover from Frank J. Blochowitz, John A. Blochowitz, and George Blochowitz, personal property consisting of securities and mortgages belonging to the estate of Joseph Blochowitz, deceased, and for an accounting of the amounts alleged to be due from these defendants to. the estate of plaintiff’s decedent.
