Ellington, J.
The Medical Quality Assurance Commission (Commission) concluded that Dr. Stephen Ancier’s practice of prescribing medications over the Internet constituted unprofessional conduct. That conclusion is amply supported by the record, and the Commission did not violate due process by referring to its own guidelines in assessing the standard of care. We affirm the revocation of Ancier’s license.
