This is an action against an alleged third party wrongdoer to recover damages for personal injury, and is brought under the provisions of the District of Columbia *747Workmen’s Compensation Law.1 Appellants Moore rnd Lloyd were the injured employees; appellant Aetna the insurance carrier; and appellee Hechinger the alleged third party wrongdoer. Moore and Lloyd elected to receive compensation under the statute, and the deputy commissioner entered an award fixing the amount.
