OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellants Jimmy Dominguez and Joe Dominguez appeal their convictions of burglary of a building enhanced by two prior convictions for which they were sentenced to imprisonment for ninety-nine years and fifty years respectively. Appellants contend that the trial court erred by (1) refusing to submit appellants’ requested charge on the lesser included offense of criminal trespass; and (2) refusing to admit an exhibit of a ceiling duct into evidence and refusing a demonstration designed to show appellant’s alleged inability to fit his body through the ceiling duct.…
