BUA, District Judge.

The instant action was instituted by plaintiff pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review a final decision of the Secretary of the Department of Health & Human Services (the Secretary) terminating plaintiff’s disability insurance payments under Title II of the Social Security Act. Before the Court are the plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment or, in the alternative, for a Remand to the Secretary and the defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons stated herein, plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment is denied, but the Motion for Remand is granted.…
