I. INTRODUCTION
This appeal concerns a company's efforts to vacate a fraudulent conveyance judgment. The company sought relief under Alaska Civil Rule 60(b)8), claiming fraud and misconduct on the part of a borough in the course of a fraudulent conveyance trial concerning liability for property taxes.
