This matter comes before us on appeals from orders of the circuit court of Wayne county vacating a judgment obtained in attachment proceedings and dissolving the writ of attachment. The facts do not appear to be in material dispute. Plaintiff brought suit against defendant Louis L. Gittelson in the State of New York on December 17, 1946. Being unable to obtain personal service, the court made an order for substituted service, and judgment was taken by plaintiff under date of May 9, 1947.
