HATHAWAY, Judge.

This appeal tests the validity and priority of the claims of two creditors of Leopold Ackerman, II, to 3060 shares of capital stock of Maricopa County Broadcasters, Inc., registered in Ackerman’s name. The appellant, Tryon, claims a prior lien on the shares through a physical levy upon the stock certificates. The appellee, Silver-stein, claims a prior lien through an earlier garnishment upon the issuing corporation.
