Petitioners, Charles H. Lunce and John E. Reynolds, have appealed from the dismissal by the District Court of their petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

On July 18, 1956, petitioners, state prisoners, applied to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, South Bend Division, for habeas corpus after the Supreme Court of the United States had denied their petition for certiorari, Lunce v.
