Case Summary
In December of 1984, Mario Scotto, Gui-seppe Scotto and Antonio Scotto (“Scot-tos”) entered into an agreement of sale with Frank R. Flanegin, Gary E. McCray and Bradley T. Erford as partners, doing business as Kelco Enterprises (the “debtors”). This agreement of sale provided for the sale of a Pennsylvania Retail and Restaurant Liquor License that was formerly utilized in a restaurant business known as Scotto’s Pizza.
