MEMORANDUM OPINION

JUDITH K. FITZGERALD, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the court is Debtor’s motion for an order authorizing the transfer of liquor license number R-20284 from The Italian Oven, Inc. (“Debtor”) to Armstrong Restaurants, L.P. (“Armstrong”). Debtor filed a voluntary chapter 11 on October 21, 1996. Debtor sold most of the assets of its facility located at 2709 West 12th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania, to Armstrong several months before the bankruptcy. The parties agree that the liquor license used by Debtor at that restaurant was not among the assets transferred. Armstrong stated…
