These appeals concern vacuum toilets, such as those that are commonly found on commercial aircrafts. Plaintiff-Appellant MAG Aerospace Industries, LLC (“MAG”) sued B/E Aerospace (“B/E”), alleging infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,536,054 (“'054 patent”), 6,536,055 (“'055 patent”), and 6,353,942 (“'942 patent”) in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
