Corrine Turner Mansell and Thomas Mansell appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Starr Enterprises/Texaco, Inc. and Motiva Enterprises, LLC (collectively referred to as “Starr Texaco”). The Mansells filed a negligence action against Starr Texaco after Mrs. Mansell fell while on the premises of the filling station.
