MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

This matter is before the court on motions to lift stay filed by Interveners Fannie Mae, Midland Loan Services, Inc. (“Midland”) and Crown NorthCorp, Inc. (“Crown NorthCorp”) (collectively the “Interveners”) so they may foreclose on prop erties held in a receivership and pursue deficiency judgments. The Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) alleges that defendants were involved in a Ponzi scheme.
