Error from District Court, Muskogee County; Benjamin B. Wheeler, Judge. Action by Carrie Saulsbury and Fred Saulsbury against the Conservative Loan Company. From ai order vacating and setting aside a verdict for defendant and granting a new trial, defendant brings error.

1Per curiam

This action was brought by Carrie Saulsbury and Fred Saulsbury, hereinafter styled the plaintiffs, against the Conservative Loan Company, hereinafter styled the defendant, to recover alleged usurious interest, which plaintiffs claimed was charged and collected by the defendant for a loan made by defendant to plaintiffs on or about the 20th day of January, 1916. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant. Within proper time plaintiffs filed a motion to vacate and set aside the verdict of the jury, and to grant a new trial, setting up a ■ number of' grounds therefor, viz: irregularity in…
