Chad S., a minor, was adjudged a ward of the court pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 602. 1 A supplemental petition was filed (§§ 602 and 777). At the dispositional hearing, the court committed Chad to the California Youth Authority (CYA); the court granted a stay of the CYA commitment. Several months later, a further petition was filed.
