Motion pursuant to subdivision 6 of rule 107 of the Rules of Civil Practice to dismiss the complaint upon the ground that the causes of action therein alleged are barred by the Statute of Limitations. Plaintiffs are husband and wife. The first cause of action is on behalf of the wife to recover damages for personal injuries; the second by the husband to recover damages for loss of services, etc.
