In this action a real estate broker seeks to recover a commission on the ground that he procured a person ready, able and willing to loan money to the defendant on his property in the Town of East Hartford. The evidence is clear that the defendant requested the plaintiff to secure such a loan, and that they discussed the matter of commission, which the plaintiff informed the defendant would be three per cent.
