Plaintiff commenced two actions in the Circuit Court for Multnomah County, one against Joe Piazza, the other against Antonino Piazza, each seeking to recover a money judgment. A writ of attachment in each case was issued and the alleged interests of defendants as tenants in common in two lots in the City of Portland were attached. Defendants made default and plaintiff had judgment and order for the sale of the attached property in each action.
