Robert Kemp was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (OCGA § 16-5-21 (a) (2)), possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (OCGA § 16-11-106 (b)), criminal damage to property in the second degree (OCGA § 16-7-23 (a)), obstruction of a law enforcement officer (OCGA § 16-10-24 (a)), carrying a concealed weapon (OCGA § 16-11-126 (h)), and reckless conduct (OCGA § 16-5-60 (b)).
