BARNES, Presiding Judge.

Maureen Carole Crosson appeals from a trial court order denying her motion for discharge and acquittal for violation of her constitutional right to a speedy trial. Following our review, we affirm.

“A trial court’s decision regarding a constitutional speedy trial claim will not be reversed absent an abuse of discretion.” Oni v. State, 285 Ga. App. 342, 343 (2) (646 SE2d 312) (2007).
