This is an action brought pursuant to the Truth-in-Lending provisions of the Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq. (hereinafter Truth-in-Lending Act) and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226.1, et seq., promulgated pursuant thereto. The action was referred to a Bankruptcy Judge, acting as Special Master, who recommended entering judgment for defendant.
