FINAL COPY S21Z0595. INQUIRY CONCERNING JUDGE CHRISTIAN COOMER. PER CURIAM. This long-delayed judicial discipline matter comes to us after a full hearing and the Judicial Qualifications Commission (“JQC”) Hearing Panel's recommendation to remove Judge Christian Coomer from his seat on the Court of Appeals. We conclude that the Hearing Panel made at least two critical legal errors that prevent us from resolving the matter on this record. Accordingly, we remand for the Hearing Panel to make new findings in the light of the law as it actually exists, and to do so quickly. 1. =…
