GILMAN, Circuit Judge.
Edward Brown, a forklift operator at Quebecor, Inc.’s plant in Covington, Tennessee, suffered serious injuries when his forklift collided with that of another employee in October of 2001. Brown brought this diversity-of-citizenship suit against forklift manufacturer The Raymond Corp.
