{¶ 1} On August 19, 2010, plaintiffs, Alternatives Unlimited-Special, Inc. (“AU-Special”) and Alternatives Unlimited, Inc. (“AU, Inc.”) filed a motion for partial summary judgment pursuant to Civ.R. 56(A).
