DOMINGUEZ, District Judge.

Pending before the Court are co-defendants, the Commonwealth of Puerto and Victor M. Fajardo’s Motions to Dismiss under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). (Docket No. 10 and 17). Plaintiff, appearing pro se, filed an opposition on January 29, 2001. 1 (Docket No. 29). Plaintiffs causes of action are founded upon the Titles I and V of the American with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, 12111, et seq., The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 793, and the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
