LOGAN, Circuit Judge.

Following a bench trial, the district court convicted Christian David Lepanto (defendant) under 18 U.S.C. § 3 as an accessory after the fact to the manufacture of a destructive device in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(f). 1 On appeal, defendant argues that (1) the indictment was insufficient and should have been dismissed; (2) the district court erred in admitting into evidence items allegedly removed from carpet fragments discarded behind defendant’s residence; (3) the district court erred in admitting evi dence of flight; and (4) the evidence was insufficient to…
