This ease presents error from the district court of Tulsa county. For convenience the parties will be referred to as they appeared in the court below.

O. A. Steiner Tire Company, a corporation, brought suit against the Camden Drilling Company, an alleged copartnership, and certain parties whom it was alleged composed the said partnership. The suit was on ae- .count', to recover the sum of $19S.56 for automobile tires alleged to have been sold to the defendants on the 28th day of July, 1921.
