OPINION AND ORDER

DAMICH, Chief Judge.

Before the Court in this government contract case is Plaintiffs Motion for Order *434Compelling Discovery with Respect to Defendant’s Responses to Plaintiffs Requests for Production of Documents in Case Nos. 04-1719C, 04-1792C1 and 05-144C. For the reasons set forth below Plaintiffs motion is GRANTED-IN-PART and DENIED-IN-PART.
