This case is an appeal from an Order and Adjudication of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas (trial court) denying a petition to set aside a judicial sale. The case involves the notice provisions of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law (Law). 1 Prior to the tax sale, Charles Fernandez (Owner) owned the property in question, a vacant lot in Easton, Northampton County (Subject Property).
