Following a non-jury trial, appellant, Brian Moore, was convicted of two counts of indecency with a child and one count of sexual assault and sentenced to three years’ confinement. Appellant filed a motion for new trial, alleging legally insufficient evidence and ineffective assistance of counsel. After a hearing, the triál court denied appellant’s motion.
