¶1 The Plaintiffs Chuck and Patricia Bragg, brought this action in the District Court for the Sixth Judicial District in Park County alleging interference with their easement. The District Court entered judgment for the Plaintiffs and awarded punitive damages to the Plaintiffs. Following a protracted procedural history, the Defendants William and Sonja McLaughlin filed a Rule 60(b), M.R.Civ.P. motion for relief from judgment alleging that the District Court’s judgment was void for lack of jurisdiction.
