ORDER RE: MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter came before the undersigned on October 7, 2005 on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Debtors/Defendants William and Christina Knowles were represented by attorneys Jerry Wanek and Kyle Jackson. Plaintiff Peoples State Bank of Albia was represented by attorney Steve Goodlow.
