In an action, inter alia, for a divorce, for rescission of an antenuptial agreement, and for ancillary relief, the plaintiff wife appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roncallo, J.), entered November 24, 1982, which, among other things, declared the antenuptial agreement to be valid, granted the defendant husband a divorce on his counterclaim for such relief on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment, and denied an award of maintenance to the plaintiff.
