Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme *1164Court, Queens County (Latella, J.), rendered December 13, 2005, convicting him of robbery in the second degree and assault in the second degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was convicted of robbery in the second degree and assault in the second degree. He claims that his conviction was not based on legally sufficient evidence that the victim suffered “physical injury,” as defined by the Penal Law. We disagree.
