This is an appeal in an action to obtain a declaratory judgment. Plaintiff is an interstate bus company, defendants the personal representative of a deceased real estate dealer. The question involved is whether the contract of lease, Under which plaintiff has the right to occupy the leased property for fifteen years upon the payment of rental and taxes, gives it also an option to purchase the property during the concluding five years of the term, or whether this option is dependant upon plaintiff’s having acquired an option to purchase during the preceding five year…
