I. INTRODUCTION

This is a diversity action in which Plaintiff EQT Production Company (“EQT”) seeks to recover from Defendant Terra Services (“Terra”) for damages stemming from leaks in a natural gas well site operated by EQT and constructed, in part, by Terra. Terra has filed a third-party Complaint for contribution and common law indemnity against two other contractors that EQT hired to complete various phases of the site’s construction, Trumbull Corporation (“Trumbull”) and Environmental Construction (“ECI”).
