This is an appeal from an order granting defendants’ motion for a change of the place of trial for the convenience of witnesses pursuant to subdivision 3 of section 397 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The plaintiff commenced this suit in Sacramento County, for damages for malicious prosecution. The defendants filed their answer together with an application for a change of venue to Plumas County for the convenience of witnesses. This proceeding was in due form.
