This matter is before the Court upon Defendant School Board of Broward Coun*1328ty, Florida’s Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. [11]. The Court has reviewed the Motion, all opposing and supporting filings, and the record in this case, and is otherwise fully advised in the premises.
