OPINION AND ORDER
BILLINGS, District Judge.
Plaintiff brings this action for copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. The Court has subject matter jurisdiction of this federal question based on 28 U.S.C. § 1338.
On December 29, 1986, defendant Nasco International, Inc. (“Nasco”) filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and/or for improper venue, or alternatively to transfer to the Western District of Wisconsin.
