Hofer v. Gofner

This record embraces appeals from two orders made by the circuit court for Multnomah county, Oregon, probate department, in the matter of the estate of Robert Fehlmann, deceased. One appeal is taken from the order of removal of the executor of the estate, granted upon the petition of the residuary legatee under the will, and the other from the order rejecting the final account filed by the executor therein.
