Terry Morrone (“Morrone” or the “Plaintiff’) commenced this action by filing a complaint and an order to show cause seeking a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, and an order enjoining the defendant Cablevision Systems Corporation (“Cablevision”) from administering a new system to allocate channel time for public access television.
