In this appeal from a child support order entered pursuant to a judgment of divorce nisi, Robert Martin (father), the custodial parent of the parties’ two minor children, contends that the Probate and Family Court judge erred in applying the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits received by one of the parties’ children as a factor in determining Dawn Martin’s (mother) child support obligation to the parties’ other child.
