This is an appeal from a judgment of the superior court of Yolo County, directing the issuance of a peremptory writ of mandate directing and requiring the defendant, as auditor of said county, to draw his warrant on the county treasurer of the county in favor of plaintiff, for the sum of $191.66, salary of said plaintiff as district attorney of the county for the month beginning January 5, 1903, and ending February 2, 1903.
